Kristin Brastad


Kristin is a physical therapist who has a passion and ambition for guiding patients in their road to recovery- big or small. She works with patient populations that are pelvic health, orthopedic or neurologically related in nature, and uses a holistic, “whole person” approach.  She believes in taking the extra time listen to patients and create truly individualized care plans while walking alongside them on their road to recovery.

Kristin is a MN native that ventured southwest and graduated from Arizona State University with her degree in Exercise Science, followed by receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. In her time of practicing physical therapy- she has worked from a variety of settings including level 1 – trauma intensive care to outpatient pelvic health and orthopedics and everything in between. During her professional career, she has taken numerous continuing education courses related to that of Women’s Pelvic Health, Athletes and Pelvic Health as well as pelvic health in relation to Parkinson’s Disease. At this time, Kristin is only treats pelvic floor dysfunction as it relates to female presenting pelvic floor anatomy.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys exploring Minnesota with her friends, family, significant other and doggies! She enjoys running, hiking, trying out new restaurants and food, as well as watching sports! SKOL Vikings!”
