Give Thanks for Exercise

Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends to share good food and good company. With all the time spent eating, watching football, and resting up after a big meal it’s important to find time to get some exercise. Going for an afternoon walk, a pickup game of flag football, or a nice run before the big meal are all great options.
