Rock Rehab Community: Thoracic Outlet Syndrome in Climbers

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) is a challenging condition for climbers, often presenting with arm pain, numbness, or weakness that can be mistaken for shoulder or cervical issues. This session will introduce the unique ways TOS can appear in climbing athletes, including biomechanical and positional contributors. Through case discussions and practical applications, participants will learn key assessment strategies, differential diagnosis considerations, and effective management approaches to keep climbers performing at their best.
