PT, DPT, Resident Candidate
Cassidy is a physical therapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things they love. She believes the best care comes from treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—and takes a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to physical therapy, recognizing that physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors all play an important role in recovery. Cassidy enjoys partnering with her patients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans centered around their unique goals.
Cassidy earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Boston University. Following school she moved to Colorado where she picked up a new hobby, skiing.
As a lifelong learner, she is committed to providing evidence-based care that combines manual therapy—including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and dry needling—with movement-based rehabilitation. While manual therapy can help calm symptoms, she believes lasting improvements come from restoring confidence, strength, and function through purposeful movement. Growing up in athletics, she developed a strong belief that movement is medicine and its ability to improve health, function, and quality of life.
One of Cassidy’s favorite parts of being a physical therapist is educating her patients. She believes understanding the “why” behind treatment empowers people to take an active role in their recovery and achieve long-term success. Cassidy enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, with clinical interests in balance and fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, and lower extremity orthopedic conditions
Outside of the clinic, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, hiking, running, skiing, and relaxing at home with their two cats.
