Kathy Tate

PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Kathy Tate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association.  She graduated from Columbia University in New York City in 2011 and has recently moved to the mountains of Utah after spending much of her career in NYC and Northern New Jersey. Dr. Tate has completed extensive post-graduate education in trigger point dry needling, Mulligan manual therapy techniques, cupping, and pilates-based physical therapy. Her holistic approach to patient care allows her to quickly identify the “root of the problem” and move towards lifestyle solutions that reduce risk of future injury and optimize performance.

 

Dr. Tate is excited to live in UT and take advantage of all the adventures it has to offer! When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her road and mountain biking, running, snowboarding, paddle boarding and swimming. She is here to keep you in motion!
