Kyle leverages his extensive orthopedic expertise to optimize each patient’s well-being while
addressing the biomechanical demands of their specific activity or sport. By integrating manual
therapy techniques with personalized movement prescriptions, he guides individuals through
recovery or performance enhancement with a strategic approach. Kyle adopts a holistic
perspective, focusing on identifying and treating the underlying causes of injuries and movement
dysfunctions. His goal along with patients is to achieve sustainable, long-term improvements and
effective management.
As a former collegiate baseball athlete, Kyle has a particular interest in working with rotational
athletes, including baseball players and golfers. His background and specialized training enables
him to tailor interventions that enhance performance while reducing injury risk.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The College of St.
Scholastica in 2013, where he distinguished himself as a collegiate baseball player and received
All-American honors. He subsequently completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the same
institution in 2017. To further expand his expertise, Kyle has obtained numerous certifications,
including dry needling, gait analysis, and Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the Titleist
Performance Institute in medical, fitness, and power training.
Residing in Golden Valley with his wife and two sons, Kyle is passionate about staying active
through running, biking, golfing, hiking, wiffle ball, and engaging in yard games. His
commitment to an active lifestyle complements his professional focus on promoting movement
health and athletic performance.
