Matt Arbeiter

Matt is an expert in building corporate wellness focused programs to keep patients in Motion with fitness, wellness, and ergonomic assessments. Matt’s devotion to both his patients and colleagues allowed him to develop an expansive network of medical and well-being professionals. In 2003, Matt became a founding partner of TC Fit, a collaborative business model for corporate fitness, wellness, and physical therapy services. Matt is a frequent presenter in the areas of back safety and ergonomics in the corporate environment.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. John’s University (MN) and completed his degree in physical therapy at the University of Minnesota in 1997. He has a passion for knowledge and continues ongoing training in occupational and public health, ergonomics, sports medicine and manual therapy. Matt holds a certification in ergonomics from the Back School of Atlanta and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition, he is Associated Faculty at the University of Minnesota Division of Physical Therapy. Matt sits on the board for the Minneapolis Alpine Ski Team and also on the Alumni Board for the University of Minnesota Division of Physical Therapy.

Matt lives in Minneapolis with his wife and two young daughters. He and his wife are active in fundraising for the local schools. Although he is no longer coaching his daughters as they move to traveling sports leagues, you can often find him on the sidelines or in the audience supporting his daughters’ activities. You may also find him running or biking around the lakes as he dreams about winter ski trips out west. Often in tow on his runs is his beloved four-year-old golden retriever, Bode.
