Sarah Dueffert

PT, DPT, NCS

Sarah’s passion for care grew from her own experience navigating complex symptoms as a teenager—an experience that shaped how she shows up for patients today. She understands what it’s like to move from specialist to specialist without clear answers, to try plans that weren’t built for your body, and to be told your symptoms are “just anxiety.” She believes people with complex chronic conditions deserve someone who sees the whole picture. Sarah takes the time to listen, connect the dots, and help patients understand what’s really happening in their bodies.

Sarah works with adolescents and adults experiencing dizziness, pain, fatigue, and other unexplained symptoms. She frequently supports individuals with POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, functional neurologic disorder, concussion, and other complex chronic conditions. Her treatment approach blends nervous system support, energy conservation, and movement strategies to create practical plans that fit into daily life. Patients often share that they feel understood for the first time, and that her explanations bring clarity to years of confusing symptoms.

Sarah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic, where she also completed a Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency. She is a Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist with extensive experience managing highly complex neurologic and multisystem cases across outpatient and hospital-based settings. She uses this depth of experience to help patients make sense of their conditions and connect them with the support they deserve.

Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family—playing outdoors with her son and their dog Luna and planning warm-weather getaways with her husband. She’s always up for a pool day or a trip to a local coffee shop for an iced coffee no matter the season.
